Q: Are bookings confirmed in writing?

Yes, we also have a standard set of Terms and Conditions

Q: How much do you charge?

There are other suppliers out there cheaper than us. The question you should ask is what price do you put on experience, professionalism and superb all round quality? We are a legitimate organisation with public liability insurance, top of the range PAT tested equipment and years of experience of delivering client satisfaction. As a rule prices are based on playing time, location and the amount of equipment required. Please get in contact to discuss your requirements.

Q: Do you have public liability insurance and is your equipment safe?

Yes, we are fully insured and our equipment is PAT tested and regularly inspected for safety.

Q: How and when do I pay?

Cash, BACS, PayPal. I required a £50.00 booking fee. This is non-refundable. Any balances due is to paid in advance of one the night in advance of the performance.

Q: How long do you need to set up and take down?

 Minimum 45 minutes – maximum 2 hours, but it all depends on the amount of equipment required.

Q: What do I need to do to ensure the venue is suitable?

 Ideal conditions are a solid floor and at least one power point. If you are unsure about any aspect of the venue suitability please get in touch.

Q: What is included in the price?

Usually a full intelligent light show, a professional sound system and up to 5 hours DJ performance, but this depends on what is required.

Q: What is the booking procedure?

A deposit of £50.00 is required to secure the date. This is non-refundable. A contract and terms and conditions is then sent by email. A DJ planner account is set up and sent by email. This can be used to add further information about the booking including any music requests.
